Supervisor - Business Development / Pricing (Air Freight)

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager for RFQ pricing, solution, schedule , etc.
• Collaborate closely with other office to understand clients' needs and help to tailor logistics solutions and work with other departments to meet customer request.
• Support the preparation of client presentations and proposals, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and tailored to client needs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via email and phone, maintaining high service quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
• Consolidate and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Share valuable market insights with management to support business development initiatives.
• Prepare operational and sales reports as required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling key accounts in the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
• Experience in tender management and pricing is an advantage.
• Ambitious, well-organized and customer-focused, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively cross teams.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
