Job Description
Your daily duties:
- Assist in procurement of office supplies, such as stationery and other office supplies ordering;
- Arrange various administration and clerical office services, such as taking meeting minutes, mailing, and office maintenance;
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
How to join the OCSHK family:
- Diploma holder or above, preferably in Business Studies;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing;
- Detail-minded, well-organized with strong numerical sense and high accuracy.
Your working schedule:
- 5 working days per week
- Monday to Friday
- 0900-1800
The benefit that you will be entitled to:
- 13K-15K per month
- 12 days of annual leave, maximum 17 days
- 6 days of full pay sick leave every year
- End of Year Payment
- OT pay allowance
