Job Description

As a Logistics Officer, you will:

1.Bulk Shipment Arrangement Support to EMEA and PARTNERS

• Shipping documents checking, follow up missing documents with Vendors
• Ensure adherence to trade regulations (e.g. REX / EUR1)
• Manage Vendor Dashboard, capture the on-time performances (booking) and ensure documents accuracy
• Prepare Booking Report & Shipment Summary Report weekly
• Valid ETA data from different BI reports and based on confirmed Hand-over Date, past due orders to be addressed to Vendors
• Business Partner’s Bulk Shipments support, shipping instructions checking and liaise Shipment Consolidation requested by Business Partners to Vendors
• Liaise with Vendors and Forwarders (Carriers) to settle the payment issue / overdue ASAP
• Returns Management, process reverse logistics (e.g. customer returns, defective goods and wrong shipment of some cartons)

2.Letter Of Authorization (LOA) / China Customs Record (Whitelist)

• Validate application forms before submitting to IP Owner
• Follow up LOA application with IP Owner’ brand team and WHITELIST application with legal firm in China and their invoices with vendors

3.Courier Arrangement

• Manage courier services, verify monthly payment invoice with each recipient
• Manage Mail Room and maintain tidiness, place packaging material orders to related couriers

4. Ad hoc and overall duties required from time to time to ensure effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in any field with 3~5 years of experience in Logistics field
• Hands-on experience with 3PL Operations (understanding of warehousing, transportation and freight forwarding)
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proactivity in communication: able to solve issues efficiently
