Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up
- Handle with written reports of complaints and compliance
- Provide professional response and propose solutions on customers’ enquiries.
- Coordinate with overseas offices, various departments, shipping lines, vendors and customers on daily operations.
- Check and issue shipping documents, billings and input data with high accuracy.
- Assist management on supervise the team to enhance flows and efficiency.
- Lead the teams on daily workflow and problem solving proactively.
- Complete tasks assigned by management in punctuality.
Prepare monthly reports and administration tasks - Suggest and draft process improvements
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by request
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Service and Administration
- Strong customer experience is an advantage
- Good command of Cantonese and English (spoken, written, and typing)
- Independent, patient, good communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
