Key Responsibilities:Generate Japanese-market sales by prospecting clients, proposing tailored charter & freight solutions, and hitting deal-close targets.
Manage key accounts end-to-end: quote, book, track, resolve issues, and secure repeat + upsell business.
Support charter strategy: research demand, coordinate with ops, and deliver compelling bids for high-value shipments.
Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) and business-level English for client negotiations and global teamwork.
1–2 years B2B sales experience (logistics/aviation preferred) — or proven drive via internships/projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, providing exceptional customer service
