Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Join the rapidly growing Hong Kong Maylink Tech Co., Limited as a Logistics Coordinator. In this full-time role based in the Kwun Tong District, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics activities related to the shipment and distribution of our tech products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and on time.

Responsibility:

• Coordinate the transportation and distribution of tech products to business customers and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, shipping companies, and warehousing providers to ensure seamless operations
• Proactively communicate and coordinate with our Shenzhen team members
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation and maintain accurate inventory and logistics records
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels in collaboration with supply chain and production teams to meet client demand
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives and client requirements
• Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions
• Provide regular reports to management on logistics performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support various logistics and operational needs

Requirements:

• Minimum Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years of inventory control experience, with experience in eCommerce highly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and suppliers
• Positive mindset, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as a team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) languages
