Control Tower & Operation - Senior Supervisor (Supply Chain Solutions)

Staff Benefit includes:

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare related reports with logistics data for business development analysis & innovative presentation;

• Enhance Key Performance Indicators (a plus of developing Dashboards)to measure delivery performance, lead times, costs, etc.

• Assist manager for managing projects and initiatives to improve customer supply chain optimization and involving implementations and product/system development;

• Act as a central point of contact between suppliers, carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams (procurement, customer service, etc.);

• Provide training and guidelines to origin team to comply with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);

• Monitor operations performance and improve operations efficiency

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or relevant discipline;
• 5 - 8 years working experience in logistics or supply chain operations;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities;

• Able to build up and maintain strong partnership with clients, GHQ/RHQ, branch and agents;
• With solid experience in project management or with Project management professional certification;
• Excellent command in both speaking and written English and Chinese.

• For candidate who is with outstanding capabilities, Assistant Manager grade would also be considered.
