Supervisor, Shipping

What you'll be doing:

·         Oversee all shipping activities, keep updating shipment records and relevant information to other parties

·         Support in work schedule planning and transport processes to ensure operational efficiency

·         Handle all-around analysis on usage, volume and trend of transport services

·         Resolve damages and discrepancies with shippers, vendors and other relevant parties

·        Prepare transportation and monthly reports

·         Handle all around ad-hoc assignments as requested

What we're looking for:

·         Higher Diploma or above in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

·         At least 2 years of experience in trading, shipping or logistics industry preferred

·         Experience in handling shipping documents in Mainland and Macau is preferred

·         Independent, self-motivated and good team player

·         Good in Microsoft Office Word and Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc), and Chinese word processing

·         Good written and spoken in English and Chinese
