Job Description
工作內容
-
負責朱古力甜品的設計與製作,包括巧克力調溫、造型、注模及精細裝飾等工序。
-
執行餅房日常生產工作,如準備原材料、烘焙半成品、處理蛋糕胚體。
-
進行西式糕點的組裝與藝術性裝飾,確保出品外觀精美且符合標準規格。
-
嚴格遵守食品衛生與安全操作規範,維持工作區域清潔整齊。
-
配合團隊完成每日產量目標,並按時出餐以滿足銷售及訂單需求。
工作要求
-
具備至少三年相關經驗,熟悉朱古力加工技術及常見西餅製作流程。
-
掌握基本烘焙理論與實務技巧,能獨立完成多款甜點的製作。
-
重視細節與產品品質,具備良好的美感與創意能力。
-
工作時間:08:00-17:00,每星期輪休工作。

具責任感及團隊合作精神。
