IT System Administrator, Field Service

Job Descriptions:

• Provide support to the end user in troubleshoot on application, network, hardware, and computer related service
• Support and maintain the endpoint, local area network and wireless network
• Maintain inventory documentation for IT services
• Collaborate with Regional IT and vendors to support
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned and reinforce the standard operating procedures

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Basic knowledge of network including switch, wifi, internet with diagnostic skills
• Good knowledge in Windows, Office 365, Outlook and Active Directory with proven experience in client support would be an advantage
• Experience in Microsoft AD environments and IS system development would be an advantage
• Strong sense of problem solving and interpersonal skills, well organized and independent
• Ability to communicate both in English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcome and candidates with less experience will also be considered
