職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication between internal and external parties, including roster management and monitoring the centralizations of facilities and manpower.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports. 
  • Provide training to outreach frontline staff in order to ensure high standard of professional services is provided.
  • Assist in any other new operation project establishment.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed).
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer literacy (includes Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, responsible, and well-organized
  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as Assistant Operations Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
