System Engineer

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join SimLogic (HK) Co., Limited as a System Engineer. In this full-time role based in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining our Information Management System that powers our cutting-edge products and solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse and understand customer requirements and determine how our Information Management System can help solve their problems
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient configurations for the system
• Implement and test new system components and integrate them into existing configurations
• Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Document technical specifications and provide support to end-users

• Continuously research and recommend new technologies to improve our systems

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role in the software industry
• Strong background in system configuration, development, and testing
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to isolate and identify problems
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and web programming
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Relevant educational certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Willingness to learn and adopt AI technology to enhance our systems
