Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team! You will support the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of customer IT networks—including wired, firewall, and Wi-Fi systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support deployment and implementation of customer IT networks, including wired network, firewall and Wi-Fi network
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily operations to ensure stable and secure network performance. (May need to rotate roster to assist customer support service)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and comprehensive post-deployment support.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Job Requirements:

• Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies across wired network, firewall and Wi-Fi network.
• Hands-on experience in network deployment or troubleshooting with a proactive learning attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Commitment to professional development through ongoing vendor certification exams (e.g., Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
• At least 2 years related working experience.
