Supervisor, Driver Operations Center

What You Will Deliver

• Lead and manage a team of 2 executives for daily driver center operations, including driver onboarding, and updating drivers database
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions
• Meet the conversion rate targets of driver programs set by the Operations Manager
• Responsible for ordering supplies for the center and planning the monthly schedule for mobile stations
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvements and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a bridge between platform drivers and the company, collect feedback from drivers and share with relevant stakeholders for continuous product and service improvement.
• Organize drivers activities to build drivers community,  fostering and maintaining positive relationships with drivers

Who You Are

• Holder of Associate’s Degree or above
• Good command of Cantonese and spoken English
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing
• Strong communication and pitching skills with 4-5 years’s working experience
• Proactive, Cooperative, responsible, detail minded with can-do attitude
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
