Senior Logistics Officer

JOB Responsibilities:

• Handle the logistic operations smoothly and independently, e.g. Import & Export declaration and full sets of shipping procedures and document

• Perform general warehouse duty i.e. receive, pick and pack goods

• Handle stocktaking, inventory control and maintain accurate inventory record of warehouse

• Provide clerical support to the team i.e. data entry, filing

• Back up for reception duties

• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

JOB Requirements:

• Diploma Holder or above

• Minimum 3 years' of experience in logistics work, preferably gained from Jewellery industry

• Knowledge in CARNET and China customs would be an advantageGood time management with the ability to handle multi-task at the same time

• Proficiency in PC such as MS Office and Chinese word processing (Knowledge in ERP system would be an advantage)

• Good command of spoken and written English; Basic Mandarin

• Proficient in MS Office application especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
