Spare Parts Executive - Logistic & Inventory

A global electronic product developer is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Spare Parts Executive - Logistic & Inventory to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, coordinate logistics distribution, prepare cost reports, and ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inventory of spare parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed cost reports to analyze spending and budget allocation.
• Coordinate logistics for the distribution of spare parts, collaborating with suppliers and transport services.
• Ensure proper organization and storage of spare parts within the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities to optimize stock management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and improve processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations.
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Candidate experience in electronic hardware spare part is highly preferred.
