Logistics Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in logistics solutions, particularly within the eCommerce sector, coupled with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of logistics projects assigned by the Associate Director of Logistics.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

• Serve as the key liaison between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring consistent and timely communication.

• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and progress reports.

• Identify challenges or risks in project delivery and implement solutions to safeguard outcomes.

• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while promoting a positive and performance-driven work culture.

• Demonstrate strong leadership in guiding teams, resolving conflicts, and motivating individuals to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics solutions, ideally with eCommerce exposure.

• Background in project management or key account management preferred.

• At least 2 years of managerial experience, with the ability to demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and integrity.

• High resilience and a positive mindset in managing pressures from multiple stakeholders.

• Strong solutions-oriented approach, with the drive to go above and beyond for team and client success.

• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
