職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation and business proposal
  • Establish and maintain customer database and filing system. Keep all agreement record and update billing information for new and existing clients
  • Conduct monthly performance and cost analysis for BU. Prepare P&L report, income report etc
  • Analyze sales trends, compare current and historical data
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Logistics Management or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics industry would be an advantage
  • Experience in warehousing industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skill and good numerical sense
  • Independent and detail minded. Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks within a tight schedule
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS offices (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop, AI, Chinese word processing etc)
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
