Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotation and business proposal
- Establish and maintain customer database and filing system. Keep all agreement record and update billing information for new and existing clients
- Conduct monthly performance and cost analysis for BU. Prepare P&L report, income report etc
- Analyze sales trends, compare current and historical data
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Logistics Management or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics industry would be an advantage
- Experience in warehousing industry will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical skill and good numerical sense
- Independent and detail minded. Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks within a tight schedule
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS offices (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop, AI, Chinese word processing etc)
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
