GTM Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Assist in developing the overall plan for the GTM (Go-To-Market) project to ensure that the project is completed on time, on quality and on budget.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources to promote project execution and ensure smooth connection of all links.

Market Analysis and Strategy Support:

• Assist in market research, analyze competitors and market trends, and provide data support for GTM strategies.
• Participate in the formulation of product launch strategies, including pricing, channels, promotions, etc.

Communication and Coordination:

• As a core member of the project, maintain close communication with product, supply chain, marketing, sales, operations and other teams to ensure information synchronization.
• Organize project meetings, follow up on project progress, and report risks and problems in a timely manner.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks in the project, develop response plans, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Requirements:

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors such as Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or other related fields are preferred.

Basic Skills:

• Possess excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, capable of collaborating effectively with different departments.
• Demonstrate strong logical thinking and data analysis abilities, capable of quickly understanding business requirements.
• Proficient in using office software (e.g., Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) and fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Learning Ability:

• Have a keen interest in marketing and project management, willing to learn and quickly adapt to new environments.
• Possess a strong capacity for learning, able to quickly grasp new knowledge and skills.
• Sense of Responsibility and Ability to Work Under Pressure:
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and execution, capable of embracing challenges and effectively solving problems.

Preference:

• An open attitude toward the e-cigarette industry and a strong interest in it are considered additional advantages.
• Candidates with a preliminary understanding of GTM processes, marketing promotion, and product launches are preferred.
