Assistant System Support Engineer / System Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Preventive & corrective maintenance of systems for Immigration Department; 

• Assist in planning and implementation of projects; 

• Responsible for system design, installation and configuration; 

• Provide on-site technical support; and

• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering or IT-related disciplines

• 2 years+ working experience; 

• Knowledge in MS windows server/ workstation;

• Hand on experience on network, server management, surveillance system, IP camera, etc.;

• May work in shift duty or irregular hours; 

• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure; and 

• More experience will be considered as System Engineer.
