Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing in-house project management guidance, ensuring it is aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Assist in reviewing tender documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with in-house guidance and relevant regulation requirements.
Assist in monitoring project budgets and prepare financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 15 years' solid QS experience. Experience of working on large-scale projects is highly preferred.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with computer applications.
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Willing to travel occasionally as required by need.
