Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing in-house project management guidance, ensuring it is aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Assist in reviewing tender documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with in-house guidance and relevant regulation requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and prepare financial reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 15 years' solid QS experience. Experience of working on large-scale projects is highly preferred.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar with computer applications.
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Willing to travel occasionally as required by need.
