職位編號：SWA - NCRC
負責協助管理日間社區康復中心的服務運作，為康復者提供個案管理，發展照顧者支援小組及網絡，以及建立地區合作平台及服務推廣。應徵者須為註冊社工，持認可社會工作文憑或同等學歷，香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科及中國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷。如具服務統籌或社區康復工作經驗者優先考慮。
