Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation, and handling mail and courier arrangements
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
- Oversee procurement & office supplies, including sourcing, price negotiations, purchase orders, and payment requisitions
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Assist in monitoring progress of license and insurance renewals/applications.
- Input data and upload relevant documents into internal systems to facilitate payments and expense claims
- Coordinate and assist in company events and activities
- Arrange travel logistics including transportation, accommodation, and itineraries
- Occasionally assist with outdoor tasks such as banking or document delivery
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above, with 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Experience in handling ISO documents would be an advantage
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC skills including MS Excel and Chinese word processing
- Independent, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Immediately available is preferred
