Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management in both business activities and personal matters
• Manage calendars, including meeting schedules, personal and travel arrangements
• Coordinate events, meetings, and workshops, handling logistics and transportation
• Drafting letters, speeches and other documents
• Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations
• Any ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above holder in any discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant experience working for a high-level executive in secretarial and personal support (Experience in executive support is highly preferred)
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in PC skills and well-versed in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Multi-tasking, well-organised, attentive, independent with good initiatives, team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
