■ Labour Legislation Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislation.
■ Company Policies: Develop and implement company rules regarding leave, HR policies.
■ Insurance Management: Administer company insurance plans and benefits, including yearly reviews and staff benefits.
■ Staff Master Management: Maintain accurate records of staff information and manage HR databases.
■ Recruitment: Collaborate with job portals and recruitment agencies; conduct interviews and ensure compliance with company policies and contracts.
■ Onboarding New Staff: Oversee the onboarding process, including the preparation of necessary documentation (e.g., Staff Information Application Forms, contracts).
■ Staff Welfare Programs: Manage welfare initiatives such as body check allowances and long service awards.
■ Administrative Support: Assist the Division Manager in arranging monthly meetings and other administrative tasks.
■ Multiple tasks: Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively.
Requirements:
■ Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
■ 1-2 years of relevant experience
■ Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated
■ Ability to multitask under pressure and deliver on schedule
■ Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
■ Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
