General Clerk II / Clerical Assistant(Ref. 250001X6) (Closing date: November 18, 2025)
The appointee will be assigned to the Centre’s Administrative Support Section. Duties include (a) assisting in accounting, contract management for hardware maintenance and software license related matters; (b) providing counter services; (c) handling enquiries from users; (d) assisting in the daily office operations; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Overtime work or shift duty may be required.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat (Experience in ServiceNow and SAP will be advantageous); (iv) fast and accurate Chinese and English typing skills; (v) good communication and interpersonal skills; (vi) attention to details, and the ability to work as an effective team member and under pressure; and (vii) at least 3 years’ clerical experience. Work experience at tertiary institutions is preferred. Candidates who possess less experience and do not fulfil the requirement in (ii) above may be considered for appointment as Clerical Assistant. Candidates may be required to sit for written, typing and/or computer skill tests.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
