Sales Assistant

• 2 years experience
• 5 days work, flexible working hour
• Double Pay

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales accounts management and sales activities to achieve the business target
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from preparation of quotation to product delivery
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations
• Perform administrative support to the team including sales order data entry and document filing
• Assist in organize promotion events and exhibitions
• Arrange pre-event logistics, execute promotion and on-site activities
• Assist in inventory monitoring, sales and product management
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Organized, detail-minded, able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
