Senior Merchandising Executive

Report to the Senior Merchandising & Wholesales Manager, the incumbent will oversee the OTB of the assigned assortment such as sample order placement, SKU analysis, monitor sales performance & report preparation.

What You Do

• Responsible for managing the OTB budget and selecting merchandise assortments for designated product categories
• Working closely with Senior Manager in formulating buying strategy, merchandising plan and product mix
• Prepare sales analysis report and monitor sales performance
• Review sales and stock level, adjust stock allocation, consolidation and buying quantity accordingly
• Work with cross functional teams for merchandising planning and sales activities
• Communicate with US Ordering Team to ensure all processes related to order confirmation
• To support ad-hoc assignments or inventory related projects

Who You Are

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in buying and allocation from apparel and sportwear companies is highly preferred
• Strong numerical sense & analytical skills, ability to analyze and utilize financial measurements
• Ability to manage & process massive data through Excel. Well verse with VLOOKUP & Pivot table are mandatory
• Strong understanding of Merchandising and Products as well as sportswear industry
• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional team
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
