Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  2. Office Coordination: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of office resources.
  3. Document Management: Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation, ensuring easy access and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Communication Facilitation: Act as a point of contact between departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  5. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and training sessions, managing logistics and ensuring successful execution.
  6. Procurement and Inventory Management: Manage office supplies and equipment procurement, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  7. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing support in implementing and updating administrative guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Welcome fresh graduates.
  • Higher diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
