Vacancy: Customer Service

Job description:

Form 7 or above
2 year or above Freight Forwarding field experience in Customer Service or Sales Support
Trilingual in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Able to handle customer enquiries, arrange booking & coordination with clients, overseas agents & principals
Good Computer Skills - Outlook, Word-processing, Excel, Word
Can work independently and cooperation with team members
Self-Motivated, Responsible and Good Communication Skill

Salary: Negotiable
