高級用戶體驗和界面設計師 Senior UX/UI Designer

職責：

• 以合約形式聘用於 InfoTech，全職派遣至一家領先銀行；

• 使用 Figma 設計高品質的介面原型與 wireframe

  • 建立低至高保真度的頁面設計，並與工程師協作確保可交付性。

  • 確保設計一致性與可重用性。

• 參與用戶研究與需求探索 ( 1 on 1 user interview )

  • 與前線員工、內部使用者進行訪談，發掘業務及用戶痛點。

  • 觀察與記錄實際操作流程，支援 journey mapping 製作。

• 主導可用性測試（usability test）

  • 設計測試腳本與場景，邀請用戶參與測試原型。

  • 分析測試結果並提出改進建議。

• 跨部門溝通協作

  • 與業務代表（如PM、BA）共同釐清流程與邏輯。

  • 了解技術限制，與IT團隊協作開發可落地的方案。

• 提出以用戶為中心的設計解決方案

  • 基於研究、訪談與業務需求，提出具創意與實用性的設計建議。

  • 快速迭代設計方案以配合敏捷開發(Agile) 流程。

• 參與產品設計流程的每一階段

  • 從需求發掘、概念設計、原型建立到最終交付，保持參與與推動。

要求：

• 開放心態，能虛心接納反饋並樂於持續學習與改進。

  • 8年或以上金融服務行業及用戶體驗設計 (UX design) 的相關經驗。

  • 強組織與自我管理能力，能獨立處理多個設計任務。

  • 主動溝通，能與不同背景團隊成員協作無間。

  • 對業務邏輯與流程有敏感度，能理解需求背後的核心目標。
