Job Duties:

Handle general front desk duties (including answering incoming calls and enquiries and receive mail, couriers and faxes)

Administrate daily routines and office premises management to advise and direct quests whenever needed

Provide administrative and clerical support to operation teams in daily operations
-
Handle & record room booking and ensure the room is ready before the next booking
-
Order office materials upon request
-
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Other Requirements:
-
F.5 / DSE or above level
-
Able to work under pressure with careful mindset and patience
-
Be customer-oriented with good manner
-
Flexible and open mind
-
Proactive, eager to learn, pleasant personality
-
Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office) and word processing (速成/倉頡, English)
-
Front-desk or customer services experience is preferred
-
Immediate available or short notice period is preferred
Work Period: October - December 2025
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 15:00 - 19:00
