职位描述

Requirements

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder
  • 2-4 years sales administration experience with clients and vendors
  • Experience in preparing sales documents and delivery coordination
  • Self-initiative, dynamics, team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good communication of both spoken and written English
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales order coordination and arrange delivery schedule
  • Work closely with customers and vendors on sales order processing
  • Responsible for preparing quotations, sales invoice and sales reports
  • Liaise with overseas office on daily smooth operation and delivery issues
  • Maintain efficient sales system and assist in sales campaigns coordination
