Site Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle document filing, meeting minutes, and correspondence
• Assist with progress reports, tenders, and contract documents
• Support HR, including managing attendance, support recruitment and onboarding
• Arrange worker accommodation, transport etc if needed
• Support site material procurement and inventory management
• Assist with safety management, organize safety (OSHA) files, and support site and industrial compliance inspections if needed
• Liaise with internal and external parties.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ site office admin experience
• Good written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Proficient in Excel and Word

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
