Job Description
- Assist in daily HR operations which includes but not limited to:
- P-file E-platform setup preparation and normal management
- Employee related paperwork (e.g. reference letter and reference check, etc)
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events (if any)
- Input training and exit-interview record
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Undergraduate in Human Resources Management with strong interests
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, energetic, meticulous and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken forms
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Working Location: Kwun Tong

- Daily export operations
- Data entry
- Document processing
- Invoicing
- Export declaration
- E-filing
- And other supportive/administrative duties
Job Requirement
- Undergraduates with strong interests in logistics field
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, energetic, meticulous and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken forms
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
