职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Managing Directors in both business & personal affairs;
  • Prepare general correspondences, handling e-mails and telephone calls;
  • Organize calendars and contacts;
  • Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries;
  • Organize clubs, mileage and organizations memberships records;
  • Prepare remittances, settling bills, prepare monthly accounting ledgers and petty cash reports, reconcile account statements;
  • Handle staff salary payments and MPFs;
  • Procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment;
  • Liaise with service providers and accountant;
  • Arrange dining and art events reservations;
  • Perform ad hoc outdoor duties as required
  • Diploma Holder or equivalent; Bachelor degree is a plus;
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in supporting top management;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, being detail oriented and well organized;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality;
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word with English & Chinese typing, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese including Mandarin
