Working outside office hours or at weekends to support activities and events may be required.

Applicants should have (i) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (ii) a Bachelor’s degree; (iii) fast and accurate typing skill; (iv) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua); (v) the ability to work in a dynamic team as a flexible team player; (vi) good problem-solving, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills; (vii) high self-motivation with a student-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure and multitask with tight deadlines; (viii) a strong sense of self-responsibility and ownership at work; and (ix) proficiency in computer applications (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Having solid experience in programme administration and event management will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for written test(s), computer skills test(s) and/or interview(s), as appropriate.

Applicants must submit copies of HKCEE/HKDSE certificates showing that they have fulfilled the language requirements and/or academic qualifications stated above, otherwise their applications will NOT be considered.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
