Position Overview

The Corporate Treasury & Investor Relations Associate will play a crucial role in managing our financial resources, identifying growth opportunities, and building relationships with investors across global markets. This position will support our expansion plans through financial modeling, capital structure analysis, and effective investor communications. The ideal candidate will bring financial expertise, analytical capabilities, and strong cross-cultural communication skills to help drive our company's continued success in the aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research financing opportunities in Middle East, American and European markets

• Create financial models for international corporate clients

• Evaluate capital structures and financing needs for multinational companies

• Help develop debt and equity solutions for corporate clients

• Support securities trading and investment portfolio analysis

• Monitor performance of investment portfolios across different markets

• Assist with asset allocation decisions and risk management strategies

• Coordinate with external advisors on overseas entity structuring, international tax compliance, and cross-border transaction optimization to maximize financial efficiency

• Prepare investor presentations for different cultural contexts

• Organize investor meetings and roadshows in international markets

• Maintain communication with investors from Middle East, Americas, and Europe

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field

• 1-3 years of banking or financial services experience

• Understanding of corporate finance and securities trading

• Knowledge of portfolio management fundamentals

• Experience with financial modeling and investment analysis

• Strong cross-cultural communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial software

• Interest in professional finance certifications (CFA Level 1, ACCA)

• Fluent English required; additional languages beneficial
