Senior Marketing Officer (Partnership)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Officer (Partnership) to join our dynamic marketing team at Plan International Hong Kong. This full-time role will be based in our Kwun Tong office, where you will play a crucial part in driving our marketing and communication strategies to support our mission of advancing children's rights and equality for girls.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop effective marketing campaigns and events to increase the exposure of Kids-Sponsor-Kids and Plan with Children’s programmes and acquire new monthly donors via both online and offline channels

2. Identify and engage business partners for collaboration on fundraising campaigns and events

3. Plan, organise and execute family-friendly activities targeting parents with kids

4. Manage and analyse marketing data to inform and adjust strategies

5. Conduct marketing campaign evaluation reports to drive continuous improvement

6. Assist the team in preparing fundraising materials for one-off donation appeals

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the non-profit or social impact sector

2. Proven track record in delivering successful digital and traditional marketing campaigns

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

4. Strong creative flair and ability to produce engaging content across various platforms

5. Proficient in using marketing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and social media management platforms

6. Passion for social justice and a commitment to advancing children's rights and gender equality
