Job Description
- Certificate / Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering/ Building Studies, or related disciplines are preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the relevant statutory requirements, repair and maintenance, preparing tender & quotation, building service engineering duties, and ad hoc tasks as assigned
