Assistant Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new merchants for our payment solutions
• Identify and prioritize target merchants for acquisition
• Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with potential clients
• Work closely with our product and marketing teams to optimize our payment solutions for the market
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline and performance
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competition to continuously improve our sales approach

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
• Proven track record of success in acquiring new merchants
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
