Finance Manager

Our company is a privately owned Hong Kong company setup in 1984. We are the market leader in industrial tapes and have got the recognition from our customers and suppliers with our excellent service. We established subsidiaries and factories in Shenzhen, Suzhou, Tianjin and Chongqing.

Currently, we invite high calibre to join our Finance team.

FINANCE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize the Finance Department.

• Manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with

  appropriate accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and manage the relationship with external auditors.
• Develop and enhance financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Maintain the company’s ERP system including troubleshooting.
• Provide financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
• Provide administrative support and contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting , Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managerial level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and posses advanced PC skills.
• Experience with ERP system is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, advanced communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

• Proficient in English and Putonghua.
