System Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team.

Job Description:

• Provide daily user and application support;

• Ensure timely response to fault alarms and coordinate/communicate with vendors and suppliers;

• Manage and track daily production issues and user requests;

• Assist in project implementation;

• Handle incident resolution and reporting;

• Manage Windows servers;

• Conduct testing, provide UAT support, and manage production rollouts;

• Prepare English documentation for the IT department;

• Perform basic network troubleshooting; and

• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Team player with strong influencing skills;

• Solid technical knowledge of Windows environments;

• Well-disciplined, hardworking, and responsible;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; and

• Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
