Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analysing network systems and business models
- Responsible for business development of Security and Network Solutions.
- Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
- Design technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Provide Tier-2 support to investigate issues/problems and identify solution for rectification
- Availability for on-call 24x7 support when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- 6 years or above in Network & Security experience
- ITIL Foundation Certificate or above is required.
- CCNP or higher (CCIE highly preferred), CISSP, Fortinet NSE.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Less experience will be considered as senior engineer
- Immediate available is preferred
Working Location:
- Shek Mun
Working Hour:
- 9am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday
