Job Description
We are looking for a Deskside Support to join our client’s fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
-
Perform IT end user support, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile phone and related equipment
-
Perform set up & installation of IT devices, software & anti-virus software according to internal policies & procedures
-
Perform basic troubleshooting diagnosis in office applications, printers, networks etc.
-
Perform well service-oriented mind set and supporting co-ordinate ability
-
M365, Windows 11 upgrade, asset inventory, Windows 10 and 11 etc
-
Working Hour: Mon to Fri - 8:30am to 6:00pm & Alternative Sat – 8:30am to 1:00pm
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above
-
1 years related working experience in technical support role
-
Familiar with PC/Mac hardware & software
-
Familiar with Windows, Office 365, Mobile Device, and other desktop application support
-
Analytical with sound communication skills
-
Able to work effectively and independently
-
Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese, English
-
Immediately available is highly preferable
