Project Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Supervise and coordinate the installation of extra low-voltage engineering works, including but not limited to structured cabling, information networks, security monitoring, CCTV systems, access control systems, alarm systems, smart access control, etc. and other extra low-voltage system cabling, equipment installation, and post-sales maintenance.

2   Assist in overall project planning, scheduling, design & co-ordination for smooth implementation with the Project Management Team.

3.    Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally comply with the required standards and specifications set by the Project Management Team.

4.    Monitor project progress and report any issues or deviations to the Senior Project Manager.

5.    Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, site report, photo record, documentation work and safety reports.

6.    Liaise with both internal and external parties to facilitate communication on site progress, liaise with other trades and contractors on site to ensure smooth workflow.

7.    Provide technical support to the installation team and ensure all installations comply with relevant safety regulations and company standards.

8.    Attend site meeting, handover inspection, monitor work progress and safety control measures on site; and

9.    Handle any on-site issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.
