Java Developer

Position Overview:

Our client is a statutory body; they are seeking for a Java Developer to support their web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications

• Design and implement RESTful web services

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner

• Document technical specifications, system design, and deployment procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in web application in the following areas:

-           IBM WebSphere, MyEclipse

-           Java EE, REST web service

-           Oracle 19C with PL/SQL

-           Spring framework, Hibernate

• Proficiency in the following would be an advantage:

-           JSF/ICEfaces v4.3, ACE components, iBATIS, myBATIS

-           JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON, ReactJS

-           Responsive web design

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
