Responsibilities

• Oversee IT system and budget, analyse company needs and implement improvement solution
• Develop and update IT policies and IT security
• Maintain on site IT infrastructure
• Provide technical installation, configuration, troubleshooting on IT hardware and software
• Lead and manage IT infrastructure upgrading or related projects

• Manage and supervise team for daily IT support
  

Requirements

• Degree holder or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 yr+ hands on experience in troubleshooting PC and network related problems and providing application support
• Knowledge on computer server hardware, systems and software applications
• Experience in TCP/IP networking, router and firewall, data security and MS Windows Server, Linux systems & VMware etc.
• Experience with Web Services such as IIS, FTP, WINS and DNS
• Knowledge on backup and recovery procedure, system security and system performance monitoring
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to get involved with different tasks and projects
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good communication skills
• Immediately available is a definite advantage
