Network Engineer / Network Support Engineer (5 days Work)

Description

• Provide technical support for networking and security solutions to enterprise clients
• Implement and configure network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and documentation
• Evaluate and test new technology products and solutions
• Participate in Tier-2 standby support for 24/7 operations (with compensation)

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• At least 1 year of practical experience in network and security implementation or support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills in Cantonese (essential), Mandarin, and English (written and spoken)
• CCNA certification or equivalent is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Fortinet, Aruba, Palo Alto, or Mellanox is a plus
• Linux server administration knowledge is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
