AI Technical Presale Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with enterprise clients to gather and analyze requirements for AI solutions deployed on-premise.

• Architect and propose scalable on-premise AI solutions leveraging agentic AI platforms, DeepSeek, Qwen, ASR systems, and AI agent workflows.

• Conduct technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept tailored to on-premise deployment.

• Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution blueprints, and RFP responses addressing security, governance, and infrastructure constraints.

• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and enterprise standards.

• Optimize AI model training, inference, and workflow performance in on-premise environments.

• Guide clients on integration of AI agents and workflows with existing on-premise systems and data ecosystems.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Advocate best practices for AI agent lifecycle and workflow management in on-premise settings.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.

• Proven experience in presales engineering or technical consulting roles focused on on-premise AI deployments.

• Hands-on expertise with AI Agentic platforms, DeepSeek, Qwen, ASR, and AI agent technology tailored for on-premise use.

• Strong knowledge of AI infrastructure management in on-premise or hybrid cloud environments.

• Experience with workflow orchestration and AI pipeline automation on-premise.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) in on-premise deployments is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or other AI/ML development languages.

• Knowledge of AI model performance tuning and resource optimization on-premise.

• Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks.

• Experience with AI agent development tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and product teams for integrated AI solutions.
