MIS Technical Administrator (IT Helpdesk Support)

Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance

• Ensure daily IT systems and local business applications run smoothly.
• Solve abnormal cases timely and make system work smoothly & uninterruptedly

IT Support

• Provide remote and local IT support for users in multiple countries, including IT technical services, like PC/Network/Mobile Support/Videoconference.
• Liaise with relevant SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in HQ and Regional-IT to co-ordinate for all support for PC/network/IT Infra/Telephony.
• Deploy images & disseminate IT and Security policies to the agency users and manage IT assets.
• Support local systems and business applications, manage sundries and other IT issues.

Communications with Teams & Users

• Coordinate with HQ and Regional IT teams.
• Support local end users in Hong Kong and remote support for multiple countries: handling Remedy Tickets/PC Problems/Tracing Remedy Status etc.
• Follow up on IT agreements for purchasing needs and manage/ review /control IT budgets.
• Support office renovations projects in IT Infrastructure aspects.

Who we are looking for

• Associate Degree or above
• At least 3+ years’ experience
• Strong IT Hardware, Infra, Network and Technical Experience
• Hands-On desk Technician experience in Imaging, SCCM, Video Conferencing, Technical Tools
• Able to Manage Projects in an efficient model, PMO basic Skills
• Strong documentation and Technical and Presentation Skills
• Manage Overall infrastructure and technical support for Asia-pacific Regional office and Countries
• Fluent Communicator in English and Managing capability to address Technical Projects
• Able to generate solutions to problems (analytical and logical reasoning skills)
• Technician related Knowledge for PC imaging / Network / Systems support
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, service oriented and available
• Can work in high efficiency, quick decision maker ; quick problem solving ability
• Self-motivated; teamwork skills and can work under pressure
