Senior Associate - Project Management (IT)

What you need to do

• Assist project manager in reviewing, monitoring, and implementing projects; and keep all parties accountable for deliverables to ensure timely project execution
• Communicate with different stakeholders to update necessary information and ensure the same understanding is achieved and aligned
• Analyse business and user requirements, propose solutions and create design specifications
• Coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings and identify technical problems
• Prepare test plan, organise and conduct UAT

What you need to have

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or other Business Management related disciplines
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience.
• Proven communication and organisational skills are required
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, positive, and detailed oriented
• Able to work under pressure with a tight schedule
• Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
