Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Take full ownership of the IT/ Security implementation lifecycle. Drive projects from initial concept and business analysis through functional specification, resources planning, deployment, and project handover.

• Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to clients and team members.

• Act as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project status, risks, and decisions to all levels of stakeholders.

• Manage project governance, including change control, risk mitigation, and performance reporting.

• Oversee cost, scope, and quality, ensuring project deliverables meet agreed-upon specifications.

• Review and manage changes to project requirements and design, initiating enhancements to improve application usability.

• Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT project management.

• PMP cert. is preferred.

• Fundamental understanding of cyber security technologies and strong business analysis skills.

• SI Experience is preferred.

• Outstanding coordination, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.

Working location:      Ngau Tau Kok   (near MTR station)
Working Hours:        Monday – Friday 9:00-17:30 ; Alternately Saturday 9:00-12:45
