Responsibilities
· Provide high quality customer services and maintain a good relationship with our existing clients
· Provide on-site assistance; pre-show and after-show secure delivery service support to the exhibitors
· Liaise with internal department and Shows organizers to ensure and to secure the efficient delivery service for the exhibitors
· Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by team head/manager
· Opportunities for overseas business trips
· Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
· Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or other related disciplines
· 1 year relevant working experience preferred (experience in operations will be an advantage)
· Strong customer service, communication and project management skills
· Mature, responsible, proactive, outgoing, well-organized and detail-minded
· Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
· Proficiency in MS office
